The Reader

borax38Just saw The Reader at the movies today (yes, things are sometimes a little slow coming to France). I absolutely LOVED it! (Well, sometimes I thought the sex scenes to be a little useless, but apart from then…). I cried during half of the movie. My friend next to me was a little worried about my well-being ;)
Anyway, I loved how it makes you think about responsibility, guilt, prided, forgiveness, love (and I'm probably forgetting something). I want to read the book now, but I'd like to find a bilingual version to read it in German, but it seems that is going to be hard.
